Founded in 2004, our company has 21 years of experience in the production of men, women & kids underwear. With more than 480 employees and an area of 16,000 m², our monthly capacity reaches 1,500,000 pcs.
To fulfill increasing demand, we established a new facility in 2021, adding 6 more production lines and the latest sewing machinery.
All fabric and accessories are inspected and assorted before entering our warehouse. Qualified materials are recorded in our system, ensuring high-standard input for production.
To ensure accurate cutting and reduce waste, we utilize automatic "BULLMER" cutting machines from Germany. Precision and safety are our main responsibilities, with strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Our QC team implements thorough inspections from bulk material checking and online monitoring to final inspections, guaranteeing the quality standards of finished products. Needle detection machines are consistently used.
Equipped with fully automatic computer printing and paper pattern systems. Our technicians develop patterns and adjust workmanship according to client requirements. We can develop 1000 bra and 2000 panty samples in-house.
Finished goods are stored in a clean, dry warehouse environment. Shipping marks and stickers are meticulously managed and approved by clients prior to dispatch.
We maintain and annually update our certifications including BSCI, GRS, GOTS, OCS, and GSV. We also successfully pass inspections from major global brands.
Our team actively participates in major underwear fairs annually, including the Canton Fair, Global Source in Hong Kong, East China Fair in Shanghai, and SUE in Shenzhen.
