Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. We can develop samples according to your tech packs or copy existing samples, and we can apply your private labels or prints to our designs.
What is your sample policy and cost?
The sample fee is $80 per style. However, this fee is refundable when you place a subsequent bulk order. Sample development typically takes 7-10 days.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs per style per color using our available color swatches. For custom colors based on Pantone codes, the MOQ depends on the specific fabric and design requirements.
How do you ensure bulk production quality?
We conduct pre-production meetings and prepare PPS/PPC samples to ensure accuracy. Our QC team performs both inline and final inspections. Third-party inspections are also welcomed.
What is the typical lead time for production?
During the low season (April to Sept), lead time is 20-40 days. During the busy season (Oct to March), it ranges from 50-90 days, including material production.
